How to measure for sliding doors

Measure opening width across top and bottom, and height on both left and right for a custom millimetre fit.

Measure Opening Width (Top)

Measure the width of the opening across the top, from the inside face of the left jamb to the right jamb.

Measure Opening Width (Bottom)

Measure the width of the opening across the bottom along the floor from left to right jamb.

Measure Opening Height (Left)

Measure the vertical height of the opening on the left side, from the floor surface to the top bulkhead.

Measure Opening Height (Right)

Measure the vertical height of the opening on the right side, from the floor surface to the top bulkhead.

Pro measuring tip: Always record measurements in millimetres (mm). Door rollers provide approximately 12 mm of height adjustment. If your opening is uneven or you are unsure whether it can be accommodated, contact us before ordering.
