1. Delivery
Review our delivery information before purchasing to confirm available delivery areas and charges. Contact us for a freight quote outside our standard delivery area.
We deliver to eligible Melbourne metropolitan addresses only, excluding Geelong and regional areas. Factory collection is available from 45 Fairview Street, Springvale VIC 3171, once your order is ready.
2. Delivery Conditions
Someone must be present to receive and sign for your order. Goods will not be left unattended. If delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available or access is unsuitable, an additional delivery charge may apply.
Delivery is to the ground floor or kerbside only. Carrying products upstairs, moving them into rooms and installation are not included.
3. Measurements & Installation
Our products are supplied only. You are responsible for checking your measurements, selections, clearances and site conditions before ordering.
Follow our measuring and installation guides. Remakes or alterations required because of incorrect customer measurements or selections are charged separately where we supplied the agreed order.
4. Warranty
Our voluntary warranty covers manufacturing defects for 12 months on door panels and cabinetry, and 5 years on supplied hardware and parts, from delivery or collection.
Damage caused by incorrect installation, handling, storage or misuse is excluded. Approved voluntary warranty repairs are carried out at our factory, with repaired or replacement items available for factory collection. On-site repairs, removal and reinstallation are not included.
These conditions do not exclude rights or remedies under Australian Consumer Law.
5. Payments & Security
Full payment is required before manufacture or supply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Online card payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
6. Copyright & Trade Marks
Website content, product images, designs and marketing materials owned by Direct Wardrobes are protected by copyright.
The Direct Wardrobes name, logo and our original content must not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission, except where permitted by law.
